27 Weeks | Baby Update

27 Weeks
Wow! Not much longer! Your daddy and I were shopping the other day and saw there was some Christmas stuff out already, this means that December can't be far away! I can't tell you how exciting these last few weeks have been, your kicking has become more and more and I still haven't gotten tired of feeling it :) Sometimes at night when your daddy and I are lying in bed we try to get you to give us a goodnight kick, we have a lot of fun with you already...just wait till we can actually hold you! :)

It's really hard for me to believe that I am almost in my third trimester, the final stretch...how could this be? I think the fact that I don't want winter to come is helping this all go by really fast, because usually if you don't want something to come fast it does..so I will just keep thinking that way so you will come faster :)

Some times when I walk by a mirror I get caught by surprise, my how big you have gotten..or I have gotten.... :) You are the size of a Cauliflower head and you weigh approx 2 lbs, yep your getting big! :)

Keep up your growing sweet baby, I can't wait till we get to meet you! :)

Love, Mommy

Live Today As It Was Your Last...

We were driving down the highway a while ago and saw an accident that had just happened, the following day we learned that 2 people had died in the accident it was a father and son that died, the son was only 16 years old.
It got me thinking about how fragile life is, how in an instant everything and anything can change. One moment you could be living your life happily and then the next you or a loved one could be gone. We don't know the time or the hour the Lord will call us home, can you imagine if we all lived our lives as if we were breathing our last breath, if we knew this would be our last day. How much different you would live your life? The little things that we fuss over in life would not matter anymore. You wouldn't wait till the next day to make that one thing right with that person you love. What would be important in your life? Would it be how much money you have? What would you think of? What would matter? Your family? Your relationship with your heavenly father? Don't wait till it's to late, don't live your life as if you have all the time in the world, cause in reality we could all be gone with in a second. What do you spend your day's doing? Is it something that you will regret later?

As I write this post I am being convicted, how much time do I waste on useless things when I could be spending more time in the Word? Life is short, we may think that we have everything all planned out, but in reality we don't know what the next moment has in store for us!

After the 2 miscarriages my husband and I went through I realized even more how fragile life is. In a moment our dreams were shattered. With this pregnancy I have been considering every day with our child a huge blessing I don't know how long my time will be with this child, or my husband. I don't want to leave regretting anything.

Don't leave things till later, Later may never come.

James 4:13-15
Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

It's the little things.

The kiss I got from my husband this morning as he left for work.
Our house, no leak's in the roof as the rain falls.
The little kicks I feel from our sweet little baby.
The banana I ate this morning :)
It's the fact that I know that I am loved and treasured by the creator of this world.
Today is a good day.

Thankful for God's blessing's on my life Today.

Dark Night + Cell Phone Light + Long Exposure =

We were driving home from doing some grocery shopping last night, I said some night I want to experiment with long exposure. He said, What is stopping us let's do it tonight!
So I grabbed my camera, tripod and off we went, I must say the results are pretty cool! :)

I also did some long exposure on the stars.

What do you think? Pretty cool eh? :)

Flying Adventures.

There is a fist time for everything and Sunday both Henry and I experienced our first time high up in the sky on a PLANE! :) I wasn't sure how I would react to being so high up in the air, my stomach was turning the whole time, part from excitement and part from being FREAKED OUT! :) But it was an amazing experience and I would definitely do it again!
The view was absolutely breath taking everybody looked like ants hehe :)

I put together a little video and also some pictures of our Adventure! :)

Mr. Pauls' was so very nice to give us all rides! Thank you!!

Henry took control for a bit...Jesse and I were both a little bit scared, but he proved to be an excellent flyer! :)

Hello Winkler!

A day that will not soon be forgotten.
